If you have served in ministry very long, you know that some seasons in ministry are busier than others. I just finished this type of season. Let me tell you--- it was hard, and at times I felt overwhelmed. I wonder if you can relate?

“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” (1 Thessalonians 5:18, NIV) How often do we ask the question, “Lord, what is your plan for my life?” I love a simple answer. God’s Word is clear. We are to give thanks no matter what is going on in our lives.

Women’s ministry leaders brainstorm, promote, invite, and delegate every task. However, leaders often forget one important step. This step is so important that it can determine the overall effectiveness of your ministry program.

Comparison is a trap because it takes our eyes off Jesus and His individual and unique plan for our lives. At the heart of who we are, we must know that God loves us and has a plan for our lives.

Breathing is good. It’s necessary. I am a big fan of it, both physically and spiritually.

If you are in a confusing situation, don't give up! Right now God is restoring your life. Hang on to hope as you hang on to truth.
