Identify Local Needs:

___    Ministries chosen to meet specific needs

Plan & Prepare:

___    Ministry Coordinator for each ministry in place

___    Site secured for each ministry

___    Ministry Site Leader in place for each ministry with multi-sites

___    Assignment of members to ministry teams complete

___    Supplies for all ministry sites secured

___    Evangelism training provided for all serving

___    Serve Local schedule developed & shared

___    Follow up plan developed & shared

___    Safety Guidelines developed & shared

___    Registration Cards printed
