We believe every church should recognize the importance of biblical wisdom and understanding when addressing abuse. To effectively protect and care for the vulnerable, churches must implement both initial and ongoing training for staff, leaders, and volunteers. This training should focus on raising awareness about sexual abuse and teaching effective prevention and response strategies. 

Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding, for she is more profitable than silver, and yields better returns than gold.
