Diane Nix
Diane Nix has been a Pastor's wife for nearly 41 years, marrying Dr. Preston L. Nix, a professor at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, in 1983. They have two biological daughters, two spiritual daughters, two sons-in-law, and two grandchildren. Over the past 20 years, they have served in 15 interim pastorates after leading congregations in Texas and Oklahoma for 21 years. Diane's life has been marked by challenges, including addiction, abuse, and loss, yet she found peace in Jesus Christ and committed herself to ministry. Despite losing everything twice to a house fire and Hurricane Katrina, and surviving a life-threatening illness, she remains resilient. For 14 years, she has hosted the SBC Women’s Expo and contributed to various publications and blogs. A speaker and author of "When God’s Woman Wants to Give Up," she encourages perseverance through trials and connects with audiences through her podcast, YouTube channel, and social media.
