EQUIP:SMC is designed specifically with smaller membership church (SMC) leaders in mind. Whether full-time, bi-vocational, or volunteer, SMC ministry has many unique and challenging demands. This conference aims to further equip and encourage those serving in SMC ministry.

"to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ, ¹³ until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of God’s Son, growing into maturity with a stature measured by Christ’s fullness" - Ephesians 4:12-13

Featured Speakers will be Mark Tolbert, Evangelism and Revitalization Strategist for the ABSC and Dr. Rhyne Putman, Vice-President for Academic Affairs, Williams Baptist University.  Emily Smith, the Abuse Prevention + Response Consultant of the ABSC, will also be speaking. The Women's sessions will be led by Vickie Lee and Micah Putman (WBU). The Conference is free but registration is required for lunch and free materials.
