The vision of Three Trees Cowboy Church is to be a multiplying church. We have been in the past and that's our future goal as well. Our heart is for our church plants to plant other churches. 

Our Church planting Residency is available to anyone who feels the call of God on there life to be a church planter at no cost to them. Those willing to commit a minimum of 1 year to this residency will have the assurance of a hands on commitment from our staff to coach and train and assist and equip in every area of church planting.

Every potential church planter that enters our residency has full access to our staff and the facilities the Tree Trees Ministry.

• A designated Coach is assigned to the planter in the residency
• Prayer cover is assigned to the resident by individuals with in our church
• Training is offered in the necessary fields to be an effective planter
• Opportunity is the greatest part of our residency, as each resident will be given ample opportunities to preach, teach, and sit in on Elders meetings not only at Three Trees but also opportunities to supply preach at other churches as needed.
• The Heart of God and four Fields training is a necessary part of equipping the resident to be an effective church planter. The resident will be taught H4F but will also be  required to be able to teach H4F before completing the residency.
