Our mission is to engage, equip, and empower God's people to spiritual action in Christ through preaching, teaching and evangelism of God’s word.

Luke 10:2 says, "Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest." We will engage the labourers to work the harvest.

Blytheville is a medium size town town of about 13,000 people, 55% of whom do not know Christ and the remainder of our population don’t attend Sunday services regularly. Blytheville is in Mississippi County –  the largest county in the state of Arkansas devoted to mostly farming, despite having the largest steel making service in the world on the Mississippi river that borders the county with over 11 smaller towns in the county. We minister to poverty to low income single-parent families and many broken families. New Harvest Community Church is the only Southern Baptist Church plant in the far Northeastern Arkansas. (12 miles from Missouri border). Our mission has helped other towns outside of our 72315-area code.

We have taken the county and divided in to 4 Quadrant – North, South, West and East quadrants for ease of targeting for evangelism and reaching aspect. Our plan includes, evangelism, preaching, bible teachings, home visitations, Vacation Bible School, how to pray program, prayer walks, back to school backpacks and Christmas backpack programs.

Prayer Request:

• That God will touch New Harvest Community Church in the Mississippi County community and bring lost souls to Christ
• That God will provide leaders to assist Pastor and the church with all programs
• For Financial assistance for the programs and a new, larger church facility
• That God will bless New Harvest Community Church with a vision bound Funding church
