Although there are already African American churches in this area, another one is needed. The population in Rose City is a little over 8,000 with around 77% being African Americans. That means there are over 6,000 African Americans in the Rose City area if not more. In order to reach them all, multiple gospel-centered churches are needed in various neighborhoods. Rose City is considered one of these neighborhoods in North Little Rock.
