The purpose of the Partnership Covenant is to clarify the roles, responsibilities, and relationships of the Arkansas Baptist State Convention church planting group and church planters and their partners with whom we work.

Its objective is o facilitate the starting of new churches in Arkansas by means of strategic partnerships. These churches will facilitate the reaching of people who do not know Christ and the discipleship of new Christians.
